Roadmap, deployment, localization at hyper-scale, on immovable dates.
The closest thing to this JD that exists outside Salesforce: a live ecosystem of event & conference websites, one consolidating design system, an AI-powered intake serving six marketing teams, and the operational layer that keeps it all measurable.
The platform. Warren manages design updates across 10+ event & conference websites and their brand assets, including JournalHouse (journalhouse.com) and the WSJ Leadership Institute (leadershipinstitute.wsj.com). That work includes motion design and some video production. He partners daily with commerce and acquisition product design teams on acquisition, onboarding and upsell touchpoints.
The roadmap. He leads a design system unifying the event-site builds into one. Six of eight core properties have migrated, cutting build time ~80% and eliminating cross-property inconsistencies. It is a platform roadmap defined, prioritized, and delivered while the platform stayed in daily use.
The Voice of the Marketer. He built a robust AI intake tool that receives and triages requests from six teams: subscription strategy, product design, product management, performance marketing, CRM, and event marketing. Needs come in as asks; they leave as prioritized, governed work.
The operations. He owns the brand marketing team's Asana implementation (reporting, capacity and resource management), which has supported ~8 events and 5 launches over the past 5 months. Fixed dates, no slips.
How Warren would run the Events Technology Platform. Each step is already proven on a real program.
Stand up one governed front door for webinar producers, hosts and digital marketers; synthesize requests into roadmap and governance inputs, not a ticket pile.
Maintain a forward-looking platform roadmap balancing marketer needs, platform capability and market trends; translate business asks into technical requirements.
Own the enterprise vendor relationship: implementation standards, SLA expectations, escalation paths, renewal leverage, and a seat at the vendor's roadmap table.
Standard processes, templates and training that make the right way the easy way, measured by utilization, not announcements.
Uptime, stream quality, registration throughput, adoption: tracked on a cadence and translated into product direction and vendor pressure.
Clear escalation paths for live-event issues, post-mortems that change the system, and compliance guardrails (GDPR/CCPA, opt-in) held with Security and Compliance partners.
Every requirement in the job description, mapped to a real program. No invented metrics; the honest gaps are marked honestly.
Each opens with a Details and a Fit report tab.
